When people say the message was “delivered” they talk about the DLR (delivery receipt). Those delivery receipts in Gray routes and in some higher quality routes are not an indicator for deliverability as the SIM farm or the indirect connection can’t determine a delivery.
When our system determines the delivery combination it relies heavily on the CTR (the click through rate in the SMS text itself), thus insuring a more accurate determination of delivery.
