To merge lists, go to the lists page, click the blue options icon and select Merge Lists. 

In the pop up, select the lists to merge and choose if you want to merge into an existing list or a new list.

You can choose to extract only clickers to the list by enabling Extract Only Clickers (Clickers are recipients that clicked on a link in the SMS).
