Optimize the text in your SMS message to increase campaign performance

Choosing the right text for the SMS message you send can enhance your campaign's performance (CTR and landing page signups).  Some key notes to consider:

  1. Include an engaging message that would make the user curious and click the link. Make sure to include a ‘Call To Action’ (CTA), for example: go here {{{domain}}}

  2. The content should be clear, and relate to the linked landing page.

  3. Make it personal - Include the recipient's first name by adding the {name} parameter to the message. 

You can include multiple versions of texts for each campaign - send to a sample of recipients and test their performance. You can disable, enable & edit along the way and work with the best performing texts.
