Platform updates

For you to have the best experience we regularly deploy new features making it easier to send messages and analyse performance. Here are the latest changes made according to client’s feedback and our learnings.

1. Changes in country analysis screen - In the Country Analysis screen which helps optimise sendings to multiple countries, the status field is now editable. This will help you better communicate the status of the countries both internally and with our team. Please see the dedicated article covering all the Country Analysis features.

2. Unused numbers refresh - The unused numbers column has been refreshed to show more accurate results.

3. SMS Auth API - We added the SMS auth api now you can use SMSEdge to send verification SMS to your clients.

Route updates

Here are the new tested routes we recommend using:

  • US routes: 172, 349, 366

  • RU routes: 313, 347, 366, 200

  • UAE routes: 366, 127, 251

  • CA route: 420

  • BH routes: 218, 421

US traffic updates

  1. We’ve started using more .us and European extensions for an improved delivery. Also this week we’ve been making tests with http and https domain extension to see how it affects the delivery

  2. A kind reminder that starting from 1st of November 2021 brands will be required to register campaigns on a 10DLC (standard long codes routes). We have prepared a dedicated article and an application form with all the information you need to know to send messages to the US.
