So, you’ve decided to go with SMSEdge’s email tool, awesome!

If you already have a sending server of your own and would like to keep using it to send emails via SMSEdge, that won’t be a problem at all! In this tutorial, we’ll cover how to do so.

First, head over to email part of the platform.

Press the Settings button.

After that, a few new options will appear, click on the Sending Servers button.

Afterwards, when the page loads, click on the New Sending Server button.

A new webpage will load, and you will have 3 options: Custom Servers, Managed Servers and Email Warm Up.

Since you want to connect your own server, select the Custom Servers option.

Two different options will show up, Private SMTP and Amazon SMTP. Regarding which one you currently use, click Choose under that one.

You will be taken to a new web page, where you will be able to input all of the information regarding your server.

After finishing with filling all the necessary information, click Save at the bottom of the page, and your server will be connected to the SMSEdge platform.

If during the process any problems or issues occur, make sure to contact the Email Account Manager who will help you.
