So, you’ve decided to go with SMSEdge’s email tool, awesome!

The very first thing you need to do to get up and running is have a sending server assigned to your account. Here, we will cover how to do so.

First, head over to email part of the platform.

Press the Settings button.

After that, a few new options will appear, click on the Sending Servers button.

Afterwards, when the page loads, click on the New Sending Server button.

A new webpage will load, and you will have 3 options, Custom Servers, Managed Servers and Email Warm Up.

Right now, since you want to order a server, you should click on the Managed Servers.

A new page will load, with multiple different server solutions.

Depending on whether you wish to order a fresh server or a warmed up one, you can pick the option that works best for you. You can read and inform yourself regarding differences in the service for each solution.

When you’ve made your choice and you’re ready to proceed with your order, click on the Choose button.

A new page will load, asking you to name your server, and to add any potential information that might come in handy.

Once the fields are filled, click Save button.

Your server will be ready for you in the next 24-78 hours, and you’ll be informed by the Account Manager.
